Novemeber
I pretty much don't have any pictures of November. None the less. We had our very 1st Thanksgiving at our house. I didn't take any pictures since I was cooking! But The day started out with my FRESH turkey being frozen solid! Had to return it and get one that wasn't frozen! Good thing Whole Foods is awesome! But other than that hiccup, the day went well! We had family over and it was wonderful!

December
The last month of 2011 was very busy. I didn't get much time to blog. So here is my entire Christmas post! We had a wonderful Christmas season! I didn't get out much and shop, since having 2 kids makes shopping extremely stressful! So instead I shopped online! But we did some fun stuff. We went to temple square with brad's mom, like every year. And like every year Alex was a grump! Devin was an angel. She just sat in the stroller looking at everything. Alex on the other hand, had to sit in time out by the nativity scene, because he was throwing a fit about going in to see the "Big Jesus". Last thing I wanted to do was push our double stroller through the masses of people in the building! So time-out ensued and after that we decided to call it quits for the night.
Christmas was alot of fun this year. Alex had a hard time with the concept of time though. He didn't quite get that Santa wasn't coming for a few weeks. He finally got it down to understand "Christmas isn't tomorrow".
On the 23rd we went to Brad's cousin's to open presents and eat dinner. Alex always has so much fun over there with all the kids.
He had a blast Christmas eve when my parents came over to give Alex and Devin their 1st Christmas presents. We then we to a friends house for their annual Christmas eve party. It is so weird to see how old their girls are since I used to babysit them. The youngest was Alex's age when I started watching them. They were in love with Devin and their Devin was a doll with Alex, carrying around his lego guys for him.
We had a wonderful Christmas. Alex was so excited to open presents. He was really good about waiting until Daddy and Nana had coffee and were sitting down. Opening presents took quite a bit longer since we had to help Devin open hers, and open toys for Alex along the way. Devin wasn't really interested in opening presents at first but got into it and like pulling the paper. She was quite the princess, opening some shoes and a skirt and she has to put them on right away.
Later that morning we went over to my mom's to open presents, then my cousins came over and we had omelets and more presents. Back to our house for nap time. And then over to my parents for dinner and the last bit of presents. The kids were exhausted by the end of the day and so was I but we had a great Christmas!
