Drum Roll Please....

I meant to post this a few days ago, but have just barely gotten around to it since it required scanning pictures onto my computer, and I was just not wanting to do that. But I did and here it is.

So on Friday this past week brad and I had our ultrasound for baby #2. We were there for about 30 minutes, while they took measurements. They baby is growing well, but is small so they are thinking that I am not as far along according to their original calculations. So I guess they are planning on pushing back my due date between 7-10 days.  So the baby won't be due til then end of July or first part of August now. Due to the baby's small size I have to go back for another ultrasound next month to check the measurements again. The doctor was pushing on my stomach pretty hard the whole time because the baby was curled into a ball. They were trying to have it uncurl so they could get picture. But the baby was having none of that and would just move.
All in all it was a very good and fun experience. It was wonderful to see the heart beat, and little body, and find out what we are having!!

It's a..................... GIRL!
Yes, Alex is going to have a little sister. He thought he was going to have a baby sister all along.
Brad and I are very excited to have one of each now.
It's funny to say that many of our parents and friends were wrong. No offense, it's just funny because it happened with Alex too.

Just so you know it's a girl. It's an odd picture because her head is in it. She was curled up into a ball.
