This last weekend we went down to Vegas for the Rage in the Sage Triathlon with some friends; Nick and Ashley, Nick's Parents; Mike and Alicyn, Nick's Brother and his friend; Matt and Steve, and our friends Bill and Jandie. We had a ton of fun!
We drove down Friday and checked in ad got their race packets. Then went down to the course to get a "feel" for it. There were some crazy people down there who were running the course, biking, and swimming! We ate dinner and then went to bed since we had to get up early on Saturday.
And Saturday our day began at 4:45 AM! So we could get down to the transition area so the boys could set up their bikes and such. The race began at 6:40 am. The men (and Alicyn) took off and ran their tri. Everyone did AWESOME! And everyone improved their times from the Powell tri in October.
That afternoon we went into Vegas, hung out at the pool and then went to dinner. Nothing too exciting. But we all had fun and plan on it for next year!

Is it just me or do we all look like we woke up at 4:45 am...oh wait we did. And what the heck...why is my hair going red?!
