So Alex has been doing this weird thing lately. I wasn't sure what he was doing until today. He would lean into you with his mouth open. I thought he was just being goofy, but today I asked him for a kiss and he leaned in mouth ready and gave me a kiss. Okay I am a baby! He totally made me cry. It was so cute and sweet, I couldn't help it!
He is such a little boy now. He understands most of what you are saying, he gives five, kisses, at least looks at you when you tell him to come here (usually he'll keep going the other way, but he still acknowledges you are talking to him.) And in 1 month he will be a year old. I think I will cry on that day too!

That is so cute that he is giving kisses now. I remember when Hailey gave the open mouth kisses. He is getting so big! I can't believe his birthday is a month away.
