The Christmas Season

So, I have been completely slacking on the blog thing lately. We have just had so much going on with Christmas on the way. I also haven't been wanting to transfer pictures from my camera to the computer.

So I guess I will start with Thanksgiving weekend. Friday, I spent the day putting up the Christmas tree. I let Alex help me with the ornaments. I had some glass one I was hanging on the top so he couldn't break it and i managed to break one, so i said bye bye to the glass ornaments and went and bought some shatterproof ones, which were more fun for alex to hang anyways. He hung them on 5 branches, so there were 5 or 6 ornaments on one branch. Since I let him hang the ornaments he seems to think he can play with the tree whenever he wants.

Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend was the BYU/UTAH game. We had some friends over to watch it even though it was a disappointment. But still a great game till the end! During half time everyone went out and threw the football around. Alex had a blast chasing after the ball.

On Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend we went down to Temple Square to see the light. Beautiful as always, and not very crowded which was perfect, so Alex could walk around a little.

Alex all bundled up like an eskimo!

This past week we had family pictures done. We used a girl that went to high school with Brad, and had also done some of our other friends. She did a great job! We are so happy and thrilled with the few we have gotten so far. She does a great job and is very reasonably priced so if you ever need someone call Andee!

haha Jake and I were watching the video of Alex playing football, and your Christmas music was playing over the sound, so it made it all movie-ish...kinda funny effect!! Oh and your fam pics are cute! The one of you guys swinging little Al is perfect!

What a cute little man! Christmas trees are hard to manage with littles aren't they?
